- Six Sigma White Belt – This 2 days program is specially design for team members of a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt projects.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt – This 4 days program is specially design for team members of a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt projects. They will also be able to execute small process improvement initiative in their work areas.
- Six Sigma Green Belt - Green Belts can also be assigned specific improvement projects to conduct on their own—projects that would not require the statistical rigor demonstrated by the Black Belt. Green Belts are able to conduct these projects within the scope of their normal daily roles-10 total days of training.
- Six Sigma Black Belt - This Six Sigma Black Belt training is specifically designed to provide and prepare participants to implement the principles, practices, and techniques of Six Sigma in order to deliver breakthrough business improvement results time after time.. This training is conducted in a series of sessions— four weeks of rigorous and applied training over a four-month period—20 total days of coursework
- Comprehensive Understanding of Six Sigma - This course is designed to provide you a comprehensive understanding of Six Sigma and encourage common language, buy-in, enthusiasm and support – the ingredients critical to a successful six-sigma implementation
- Six Sigma Induction Program (Free) - In this half-day program, you will be given the insights of Six Sigma which includes the define, measure, analyse, improve and control phases; Six Sigma’s key methodology.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Step-Up Program – This is a 10 days program specifically design to upgrade exiting Green Belts into Black Belt level. Participants will be introduced with tools which are not covered in their Green Belt syllabus.
