Professional in Six Sigma Green Belt (Open University Malaysia)
Petaling Jaya, 28th April 2010 (Wednesday) – Genaxis Sdn Bhd recently announced that is has entered into a strategic partnership (SMART partnership) with Open University Malaysia (OUM). This partnership is in relation to providing Six Sigma training as an academic qualification to Malaysian working adults. This is an exclusive partnership, where Genaxis will be the sole provider of American Society of Quality (ASQ) Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt trainings to UTM SPACE. This will be the first ever Six Sigma Black Belt academic qualification in Malaysia.
Individual may choose to attend the Six Sigma training at OUM, which will lead to Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications. The programs offered in OUM are called ‘Executive Diploma in Six Sigma’ which is equivalent to Green Belt certification and ‘Professional Diploma in Six Sigma’ which is equivalent to Black Belt certification. At the end of the programs, and upon meeting all the tutorials, assignment, project work and examination requirements, will receive the Executive / Professional Diploma from OUM as well as Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) from ASQ.
