Our customers can easily monitor the progress of each project to ensure the project is moving according to plan and base on timeline. Black Belts or Green Belts can upload and download Project Reports based on Project Titles and Project Phase – no more searching through documents in their PC!

Users can discuss with Team Members issues and progress relating to their project using the online forum or under a general title through the portal. The system also equipped with online approval process, email notification and attendance monitoring.
