He holds a Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Business Information System and is a Certified ASQ Master Black Belt Instructor and Six Sigma Black Belt from General Electrics USA and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. Mr Selveen's expertise includes Six Sigma Deployment, Six Sigma Project Selection, Execution & Management, Six Sigma Consultancy, Training, Coaching & Mentoring, Supplier Development, Skilled in Organisation Processes, Systems Designing & Re-designing, Strategic Planning & Project Management, Execution of Process Improvement Initiatives, Quality Assurance and Standard Operating Procedures, Six Sigma Green & Black Belt & Minitab Software training. Mr Selveen has been the Six Sigma Director in a renowned multinational hotel. Prior to that, he held a senior management position in the Production & Operations department.
