Champion Program

• Upper level managers who lead the implementation efforts of Six Sigma.
• Champions are those upper level managers who lead the implementation efforts of six sigma. They serve both as mentors to the Black Belts and act as liaisons to top management. Over a three day training period, they learn how to apply the core six sigma concepts and deployment strategies to ensure its success throughout the organization.

  

Black Belt Program

• Black Belts implement the principles, practices, and techniques of Six Sigma for maximum cost reductions. They are the practitioner , technical leaders and change agents in an organization.
• The Six Sigma Black Belt & Green Belt program is designed for selected employees to acquire the special skills and knowledge required before leading or taking part in any continuous improvement project and achieving any breakthrough results through Six Sigma initiatives. The selected employees will effectively utilize the Six Sigma tools throughout their organization, customer and supplier for achieving their business improvement results. Through the demonstrations of the skills & knowledge of Six Sigma tools in their work & business Improvement projects, the successful employees will then be recognized as Black Belt..

  

Green Belt Program

• Lead and execute process-level improvement projects.
• Green Belts play a vital role within a Six Sigma initiative as they learn to build on the Black Belt's efforts of data collection and analysis, process mapping, and design of experiments—many times even leading their own improvement projects.
  As Green Belt, you will learn how to focus and utilise many of the proven Six Sigma problem-solving and statistical tools like Minitab to contribute to the success of your organization.
