This will make the project management much easier.

During the Define Phase user can record the important information of the project such as problems, objectives, and benefit. User can raise issues using the online project discussion provided for each project, and using the forum itself to resolve issues and to define what actions that needed to be taken. By using the system also, project leader can easily monitor the progress of each project and the actions taken by his/her team members.
