Jai Gupta is a Quality Manager in the Clinical Governance Unit of South Eastern Illawara Area Health Service (SESIAHS), the largest AHS in New South Wales (NSW) Health. He holds a PhD. from Department of Information Technology & Mathematical Sciences of Ballarat University. His studies on "Predicating Medical Errors using Artificial Neural Network Model" and work give him an opportunity to gain in-dept knowledge of role & importance of

clinical governance in health, medical incident information management systems in health and monitoring, control and prevention of health acquired infections in acute care. Currently, he is the Principal Coordinator for Analytic Aspect of Data. Few of the health agencies he has worked with are Clinical Excellence Commission, NSW Health, Australian Counsil of Health Standards and Area Performance Monitoring and Reporting Unit.
