She is a trained ISO auditor from TUV Essen, an accreditation assessor as well as a faculty member for the National Accreditation Board for Hospital and Healthcare providers, New Delhi, India. She is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Healthcare.
